The Buffalo Dinner Club team is growing! We’re excited to introduce ourselves, and promise to work hard to connect you to the best food that our vibrant and diverse city has to offer!
Steve Ambrose, President
It’s hard to find someone more excited about Buffalo and its food scene than our founder and President Steve Ambrose. Steve attended St. Francis High School and earned his B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Canisius College. After graduating, Steve knew that he wanted to make a positive impact on the city he had grown up loving. He decided that he could combine his Buffalove with his love of food in a way that could help support the local restaurant scene. Since starting Buffalo Dinner Club, Steve has been able to do just that all while introducing the diverse and eager population of Buffalo to each other and the best food the city has to offer.

Amy Brooks, Executive Editor
Amy Brooks is a food and beverage writer born and raised with Buffalove in her heart. After living in the Town of Tonawanda her whole life, and attending Canisius College, where she earned her BS in Journalism and Communication Studies, she decided to take a semester to study abroad in Galway, Ireland. This sparked a major case of wanderlust which lead her to travel to London, England for her master’s degree in International Journalism. Among her crowning achievements are introducing sponge candy to Swedes and getting Irish and Thai to segue out of awkward silences by saying “how ‘bout them Bills?”
