Thank you to everyone who came out to Carte Blanche in Hamburg to make yesterday’s dinner our biggest event yet!
The restaurant’s upscale, yet laid back atmosphere allowed us to do things a bit differently than at past dinners. Members enjoyed their two-for-one cocktails or local beer and networked at one of Carte Blanche’s two bars or took their drinks outside to listen to live music by Johnny Hart and the Mess on the back patio.
At their leisure, members could sit inside or stay outside to enjoy a menu designed exclusively for Buffalo Dinner Club by Chef Andrew Murtha, whose team at Carte Blanche works with local farmers and producers – like Butter Block, Arden Farms and Native Offerings – to serve food that reflects the best flavors that Western New York has to offer.
